I finally worked out all the camera issues, so I have pictures for you. These are my purchases from Marshalls yesterday.

I got a Proenza Schouler glasses case. I'm usually not all about the label, but I did buy this despite the fact that I don't wear glasses. It was $5.99, how could I resist? Plus, my sunglasses always get scraped up, I can use it for those. I also bought a pair of floral Betsey Johnson tights (I think these were $6.99), the Marshalls around here have a great selection of Betsey tights and socks and the like. There are a lot of fun prints and cute designs, all for good prices. My last purchase was a cute set of Barbie stationary. I thought they were adorable. I don't exactly write letters very often, but maybe this will force me to. (They were $4.99, and there were a few other cute ones with different outfits.)

I wanted to say sorry for the unimpressive photos, I'm used to working with my built in webcam, so this was a change. I'll get the hang of things eventually! So, what would you like to see pictures of now? My closet (I've talked about it enough that you'd think there would be pictures by now), my room, my makeup collection, my outfits, my jewelry, my favorite things, etc. There are tons of possibilities, so let me know.

Also, I'd like to know what the best thing you've found at Marshalls/TJ Maxx, and similar stores. Or even your best find while thrifting or vintage shopping. Let me know, I love hearing about peoples cool deals.

Oh, and just for fun, here are my nails. I know the little bow on my ring finger is totally tacky, but I was bored and it seemed fun. The blue color is from Sephora, it's one of those little $5 nail polishes in the Sephora brand. I'll probably repaint them tonight, so I thought I'd share before I did. And wow, I never realize how pale I really am until I look at pictures!

PS: Jason Priestly and Tiffani Thiessen on Design Star tonight! My 90210 obsession and my new found love for interior design (ever since we started getting HGTV) are coming together. It's on at 10PM if anyone is interesting.

Don't Get Me Mad.

I did a little shopping at Marshalls today, and I was excited to show you the pictures of what I bought. However, the camera isn't working! Or not the camera, but the memory card. It's really annoying, but hopefully I'll be able to share a few pictures tomorrow.

In the meantime, I'll be enjoying some Pez from my new Hello Kitty Pez dispenser. Yum. (Mine looks like the red one, so cute!)

And It Begins.

I know these collages don't count as "real" posts, I do promise to try and crank a few good posts out over the three day weekend.

Yawn It Out.

Nothing makes me appreciate sleep more than a long week of school.

Just one more day of waking up early and then I can sleep in for three days.

And here is a little something to feast your eyes on...

Everything I Do.

I made a little blog advertisement type collage on Polyvore. I thought it would be a fun way to spread the word.

The view is the tiniest bit obstructed, but click here to view the collage at it's intended size.

That Is Right.

I'll admit I am not the biggest risk taker, and this remains true when it comes to fashion. I love it and can fully appreciate (and envy) other people's risks, but making my own is another story. Which is why, the only explanation I can think of for my most recent risk was that I must've been inspired by the fact that Carrie Bradshaw is back, they've started filming the second film. Because really, who takes risks better than Carrie? I didn't exactly step out of my comfort zone, but it probably wasn't the outfit I'd have thought of off the top of my head. I wore the (almost) floral print scarf in the picture above and a striped cardigan. It isn't exactly the world's biggest risk, but I think mixing patterns can be tricky. Not all of us do it as breezily as the girls on SATC or Gossip Girl. Plus, I'm sure a lot of us have been taught old fashion rules that aren't really true anymore. I mean, I'm certainly aware that there is nothing wrong with mixing neutrals (black and brown, blue and black), but it always pops into my head that the rule does exist. Anyway, I was happy to take a little risk, and was happy with the results. What was the last risk you took?

Besides scarves and pattern mixing, my other obsession at the moment is listening to Tyler Hilton covers. I've been a fan for a while, ever since I spotted him on One Tree Hill (really, that show might be totally cheesy and soap-tastic, but they know good music). Listen to his cover of Won't Back Down, and then listen to this one of Use Somebody.

If you need something else to watch, watch this and envy Miley Cyrus' closet with me.

Take A Whiff.

I recieved the Sephora scent sampler for Christmas this year, and somehow I'm still undecided about what scent to choose. If you're unfamiliar with the scent sampler idea, you buy a box with ten samples of perfume that are sold in Sephora, and when you've decided which you like the best, there is a voucher inside for a bottle of that perfume. I've been trying to narrow down my options recently, because I want to have a signature scent, or at least a scent for the year. I've been wavering between Daisy by Marc Jacobs and Stella by Stella McCartney. Both smell nice, and both come in awesome bottles (such a girly thing to consider). I'm a little worried about too many people wearing Daisy, I don't want everyone to smell just like me! So, I'm asking you guys. Do you own any of these scents, do you love them?
