I made the best of my first day back at school after having two weeks off by donning my new boyfriend blazer. It's definitely another one of those pieces that makes you feel just a little more cool. I wore it with a Fifi Lapin tee and was good to go. A tee a jeans would have felt too bare for me, and as much as I love cardigans, that wouldn't have been right either. But a boyfriend blazer instantly pulled my outfit together and got my day off to a good (as good as a first day back from break can be) start.

I have one perfectly fitted black blazer that I lovelovelove. I haven't taken the plunge with boyfriend blazers yet because I'm always wary of supertrendy items--will they just be a flash in the pan? But if I find one I really like, perhaps I'll take the plunge.

Ohmigosh I love! I wear my boyfriend blazers with a mix of skinny jeans and tailored shorts. They are such a fabulous way to spruce up an outfit!! :)
